Once the reservation is confirmed by the Hotel the customer authorises the Hotel to charge the customer's nominated credit card for full payment of the booking.
Please be advised that the Hotel charges a Credit Card Transaction Fee of 3% for payments made with American Express, Diners and JCB cards, this charge will be processed in addition to your total payment
Please note that the Esplanade Hotel Fremantle operates a non smoking policy in all areas of the hotel. A designated smoking area is available outside the hotel on Essex St. Smoking in accommodation rooms or on balconies will result in a $150.00 penalty, which will be charged on your credit card for the additional cleaning of the room.

A booking can be amended up to 48 hours prior to arrival date - contact the hotel via email or telephone. A booking may be cancelled up to 48 hours prior to arrival date.
The customer acknowledges that each cancelled booking will incur a $50 cancellation fee.
In the event of cancellation or no show 48 hours prior to arrival or in the case of non-arrival the Hotel will charge a cancellation fee equal to the first night’s accommodation. |
