The package includes:
- Arrival tea & coffee: start the day with fresh brewed coffee and tea on arrival.
- Morning tea: Served in the venue and includes fresh brewed tea and coffee accompanied by your choice of one of the following: miniature apple scrolls, fruit crunch slice, assorted friands, cornflake and syrup slice or date and almond slice.
- Lunch: Your choice between our extensive lunch buffet in the Atrium Garden Restaurant (including seafood and a pizza and pasta station) or a stand up working style lunch in the venue. Both options include a selection of soft drinks.
- Afternoon tea: served in the venue, includes fresh brewed tea and coffee, and accompanied with baked cookies.
The package also includes complimentary:
- Room hire, main plenary venue only
- Installed meeting room screen, flipchart and whiteboard with markers, main plenary venue only
- Lectern and microphone, main plenary venue only
- Pads and pens (not included in theatre style)

Minimum numbers of 20 delegates apply. Valid from 2 January 2012 to 30 December 2012. Not valid on public holidays, special events or in conjuction with any other offer. Price inclusive of 10% GST.
