The Esplanade Hotel Fremantle is WA’s third largest conference centre and features the latest state of the art communication, light and audio visual facilities. The Hotel is able to host significant events including exhibitions, association dinners, cocktail receptions, product launches, meetings and conferences.

The hotel offers three main conference venues, comprising of nine separate meeting rooms in total. The Garden Room, Rottnest Room and Carnac Room are part of the heritage style Island Suite, featuring natural light and balconies overlooking the park and harbour and are located on the first floor of the hotel.

The Southern Cross Gala Ballroom (Orion, Pleiades and Sirius Rooms) and Indian Ocean Suite (Prince Regent, King Sound and Admiralty Gulf Rooms) are modern and spacious with neutral tonings. These venues have convenient access to the Atrium Garden Restaurant and Promenade Lounge Bar on the ground floor of the hotel.
